Thank you for your interest in volunteering with the Humane Society of Westchester! We rely on volunteers to assist us with a variety of tasks around the shelter and to help support the shelter virtually. Without dedicated individuals, we would not be able to accomplish all that we do.
To start the process of becoming a HSW volunteer, please choose your program:
Adult On-Site (age 18 and older)
At this time scheduled shift work inside the shelter, doing Animal & Facility Care, as well as dog walking is available.
Juniors and Adults Virtual
A self-directed off-site program that helps the shelter and allows volunteer hours to be earned if needed.
